Important Stuff

Policies and Restrictions

  • Children and Pets
    Unfortunately our B&B is neither pet or small child friendly. Please, no pets or children under 10 years of age.
  • Non-Smoking
  • Check in
    Normally 3:00 pm. Early check in may be available upon request.
  • Check out
    Normally 12:00 pm. Late check out may be available upon request.
  • Payment - Check, Cash or Credit Card
    We accept cash, check or credit card upon arrival. We do not ask for prepayment to guarantee the reservation. We like to keep things flexible and simple.
  • Prepayment - Credit or Debit Card
    If you prefer to prepay with debit or credit card, we will send you an Email prior to your arrival date which has a link to a secure credit card processing agent (PayPal). By using this service we can better insure that your credit card is processed securely. We never see your card. Your payment goes direct to our PayPal account. You can follow our Email link and make your payment anytime from receipt of the Email up to your day of arrival. There is no charge to you for the PayPal service. They accept all major credit cards. Try it. You'll like it.
  • Payment - Other
    We will direct bill your company, if necessary. We may charge an interest penalty if not paid within 30 days. Sorry, it's a cash flow business.
  • Cancellation
    Please try to cancel by noon on scheduled day of arrival. Then we don't have to worry about you like your mother would if you were late.
  • Refunds
    If you cancel by noon on scheduled day of arrival, all prepaid payments including credit and debit card will be fully refunded. If you are paying by cash or check there is no worry since we did not require a deposit in the first place. Neat huh! If you have pre-paid with a card and just don't show up or call, you will need a really good reason to get a refund (and you will have to ask real nice too).
  • Exceptions to Important Stuff
    We may ask for a deposit if you are reserving multiple rooms for multiple days. Separate cancellation and refund policies may also be required. These would be communicated by us and agreed on by you prior to completing your reservation, however. We just don't like surprises and I'm sure you don't either.
